Sabroso Mexican Grill is Longmont, Colorado's newest Mexican grill, serving fresh, traditional dishes with a contemporary flair and an eco-friendly approach. Dining at Sabroso is about celebrating the Mexican culture of fun and family in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.
We're open Monday thru Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring a unique menu with daily specials, happy hour from 3-6 pm and a great kids menu. We can get you in and out fast or offer you a relaxed "oasis" in the heart of Longmont and close to Boulder as we just 3 blocks west of Hwy. 287 on Ken Pratt Boulevard (Boulder Diagonal Highway 119).
Our eco-friendly commitment is simply to do what we can to minimize our footprint and be considerate of the environment at all times. We hope to lead by example so that other restaurants – and patrons – follow suit.
In addition to sit-down dining inside and out, Sabroso features a Burrito Bar for breakfast and lunch. This grab-and-go concept is an in-house extension of the well-known Burrito Kitchens, Sabroso owners Greg and Patti Benson’s first venture. Sabroso’s full service dining takes the burrito-on-the-go concept several steps further by offering a more varied menu of New-Mexican style dishes with a gourmet flare, regional specialties that come with vibrant and contrasting flavors. Sabroso is also the perfect place for your party or special event.

Sabroso also offers a full coffee bar featuring Mexican coffee in traditional and “dressed up” offerings. The bar and lounge has a big emphasis on specialty tequilas and margaritas and a separate dining section easily accommodates groups for meetings, special events and gatherings.
